After trying other CrossFit boxes and gyms in the Lufkin area, I made the decision to join CrossFit Lufkin 2 years ago and have never looked back! Since being a member at CFL, I have grown as an athlete and competitor through physically and mentally reaching my goals. The coaches have pushed me to do things I never thought I would be capable of by believing in my potential and using their knowledge to coach me through my weaknesses and improve my strengths. Everyone is welcome at CrossFit Lufkin, all ages, all fitness backgrounds… they will work with you and meet your fitness needs/goals! CrossFit Lufkin truly embodies all the core values of “CrossFit” – functional fitness, community, competition, nutrition, and most importantly FUN!  Come join our family!!!

Hands down, best gym in Lufkin. I’ve been to other gyms in town and nothing compares. I stayed at my previous gym, even though I was unhappy and making no progress, because it’s what I was comfortable with. DONT LET THAT BE YOU! I’ve progressed more in six months at CFL than I did in two years! The coaches are very knowledgeable and willing to help you improve your weaknesses. I’ve grown mentally and physically since being here, thanks to coaches that believe in me and push me to be my best. No matter your fitness level, CrossFit Lufkin is the place for you!
