This is a great gym. I've been to roughly a dozen gyms over the past four years and this one is the best I have seen. The programming is difficult but sensible and the coaches and other members are welcoming. The facility and equipment are top-notch and the owner, Julian, is one of the most knowledgeable and genuine people I've met in the crossfit community. I highly recommend it whether it's for a drop-in session or a membership!

Started here September 7th 2016.Can't say enough great things about this gym. The trainers are of the highest quality! Darren , every session is different but harder than the last one. Incredible gym and amazing members.

I started Crossfit about 4 months ago. I am truly a beginner in this world and Darren, Julian and Michelle and all the members are all great supportive people. I am working my way through and I couldn't ask for a better group of people to coach me. They are motivating and never make me feel as if I don't belong based on my level or ability. This is a place that encourages hard work and the rewards are plenty when you put in the effort.

Best place in the area to get a fantastic workout. Trainers are super friendly and help scale the workout to your level.

I travel extensively and have been to boxes all over the world. Hands-down one of my favorite spots! An amazing facility with phenomenal coaches and super chill vibe to boot. Choice for the beginner and hardcore Crossfit athlete alike. Highly recommended.
