The instructors are great at what they do and really keep this place in tip top shape. Every exercise is unique and attacks every muscle group. The atmosphere is not like any other and the instructors key in on technique, form, and know how to motivate everyone. Regardless of your age, sex, condition, or the shape you are in, this is a place that will work with you to meet your goals! Highly recommended
