I love "dropping" in to a CrossFit gym every time I travel somewhere and I've been to 30 plus gyms if not more. Great place, very welcoming and solid coaching. Loved having an option of 3 levels of workouts and Opex program. Coaches were knowledgeable, watched form and encouraged athletes to push during the WOD. Thanks for having me!
