Story

CrossFit Mohawk Valley was started in a garage in 2011 and hasn’t stopped improving ever since. We are one of the most successful boxes in New York state with a very diverse coaching staff. Our facility offers coach CrossFit classes, nutrition coaching, personal training, and many other specialty classes are conveniently located under in one location. We are dedicated to helping our members achieve their fitness and health related goals using our proven process.

Recently just started at CFMV I have been so impressed by all of the coaches. They encourage you to push your limits daily, but remain safe. the environment is so friendly. As a person who has never lifted weights prior to joining I have been thrilled with the personal training and extra attention to detail every coach has during classes. 10/10 recommend to a friend.

One of the best facilities in the area. Very knowledgeable coaches, from overall health and fitness, nutrition, CrossFit, Strength Training, Endurance, Mobility, if you are looking to improve, the coaches at CrossFit Mohawk Valley will help you get there. They have top of the line equipment to provide you with varied workout routines. Moreover, probably the best feature of CrossFit Mohawk Valley is the sense of Community, not only to they give back to local charities and people in need, the members feel like family, everyone is genuinely friendly. I highly recommend CrossFit Mohawk Valley to anyone.

Started in January of 2017. Best thing I've done for myself in a long time. The coaches are all great. The knowledge they possess and pass on is incredible. If you are looking for an alternative to going to the gym and feeling unmotivated look no further. Try CFMV! You will look back and be glad you did. I've lost weight, gained strength and made new friends. Give them a call or stop in.

The one place I feel can provide whatever you need for your athletic needs no matter your age. Always a coach available if you need help or advise or just an ear. It is a safe and non-judgemental environment. It's just a great place to be for my body and my head!

Definitely MY HAPPY PLACE. An amazing approach to what we are all looking for…health, happiness, community and a tighter butt! Coaches are absolutely the best! I recommend this place to everyone I know.
