The people are really great and the programming is awesome. I've worked out in all of the CrossFit gyms in the area and found this to be the best of them!

Love this gym.  The trainers are always willing to help you with anything you need assistance with.  It doesn't have that normal "ego" feel that comes with many gyms, so no matter your size, shape, or level of athleticism you will feel welcome and want to keep coming back.  In addition the training program put together by the trainers is great, and really helps you make progress towards your goals.  Highly recommend!
