We love this place!  HealthSource of Lexington team members have worked out here for the last 3 years and we could not be happier!  The programming is amazing and the coaching is incredible.  As a chiropractor, I am very pleased with how well the coaches protect their athletes and promote proper form over lifting heavy weights.  See y'all tomorrow at 5AM.

Love it here.  Great place to workout to get fit and have fun and meet great people.  Also check out Opex of Columbia also part this family.

Felt like family from the first day.  Great group to work out with at 6am.  The workouts are for any fitness level.
