Really great atmosphere and instructors

Loved the atmosphere.  The coaches were knowledgeable and attentive.  They had a genuine interest in form and safe performance.  As a drop-in, it was nice to feel like i wasn't being gouged for dropin fees.  i paid a very reasonable rate for the week.  Also, this crowd really showed what CrossFit is all about .....community and healthy fun!  Will definitely be back.

Challenging, demanding, fun, and absolutely the best workout anywhere. This is a great place and Jim, the owner, is doing it right...always helpful, personable and very knowledgeable. If you strive for excellence in you're workouts this is the place.

Love Crossfit! It is amazing! Feel so great after and it is so much fun! They work with you and really encourage which is so great! I feel so much stronger already only after 2 months, love them!

Great personal coaching and fantastic results.  I've worked out all of my life and I've never found a workout that I enjoy as much as this one and makes as much sense as Crossfit.  Well worth the money!
