I've dropped in at a lot of Crossfit boxes and this one is a perfect example of what Crossfit is all about - solid, fun programming, a smart and attentive owner, and warm, welcoming members.  So glad I found this place - I'll be back!

I wish there were more stars so I could rate CrossFit Pneuma higher. I NEVER thought I would be a CrossFit person. I was not a coordinated, athletic person. In fact, I was pretty lazy about my workouts. I'm not exactly familiar with the concept of pushing myself :) CrossFit Pneuma was the answer to my issues. First of all: the workouts. I've never worked harder in a gym than I have at CFP. The focus on functional movements not only challenges me during class, but it also has drastically improved my strength, mobility, and fitness in daily life. (Ask me about the time my boyfriend made me move 30 50-pound boxes of tile.) The coaches: The coaches at CFP are highly trained and are focused 100% on teaching you the correct way to do movements, scaling exercises when you need to, and keeping you focused and motivated. Finally, the community: I was on Facebook the other day and realized how many friends I have from CFP. It's because we're a community of shared suffering :) We all grasp, groan, and sweat our way through the workout. And we end with a gigantic smile on our faces because we did it. We rock. Come rock with us, especially if you don't think you can!
