CrossFit Rockdale is an outstanding box. The Adams family has created a warm and welcoming family atmosphere while motivating everyone to perform and push themselves to their respective limits. A couple of things that separate them from the pack for me is their maintenance of a strict schedule within each workout to maximize every minute and the complexity of their programming. Despite the fast pace and high intensity, the coaches keep everyone moving at a comfortable pace by giving extra attention to those who are learning.

From being completely out of shape and out of the excersise scene for over 4 years i had a little fear going into something like crossfit. But the moment I started, I felt instantly at home. My confidence everyday is boosted from the team-like aura that engulfs you. Everyone is working towards something. We all work together.  Not by ourselves alone. !! 

Update: I've lost 33 lbs from July- December. I look better, feel better, and more importantly I'm healthy and happier!!

I came home from college over Christmas break and visited Crossfit Rockdale. This is one of the most welcoming gyms I have been to. They have great coaches and members. I will definitely come back when I come back home.

This is a great place to work on your Crossfit skills. I was a drop in for a week and truly felt at home, and enjoyed the members of the Rockdale family! They made me fill like I was apart of the family which made for a great week of strength training. Wonderful place with Great People.

I highly suggest trying the program.

Crossfit Rockdale is hands down the best crossfit gym around. The atmosphere is welcoming and friendly. Everybody there is so encouraging to be around. I highly recommend this gym to anyone!
