I have felt welcomed here since day one. I was very nervous to start Crossfit but never once have I felt below anyone. I have only been doing Crossfit for 5 months now and with the help of the awesome staff and other team members, I am progressing with each workout. I have even dropped 20 pounds! You may feel nervous that you will look dumb or weak compared to the other athletes, but throw that fear away because they are all there to help you become stronger and healthier!

This box is where I started my fitness journey. I can honesty say I am very glad that I started here. The coaches know how to structure workouts for every ability level and eventually will teach you the movements to be lifting with the people who have been doing crossfit for a while (I know because they spent more time teaching me technique then they ever bargained for). I’ve been blessed to have been able to try multiple boxes around Cali and this one so far has been the best. If you are thinking about joining a crossfit gym or want to keep improving your crossfit strength/fitness, I highly recommend this gym.

Best box in the I.E.  Also the largest, with the most amenities and showers (a bit of a rarity in these parts). Amazing coaches that are highly skilled and trained, with the gift to scale down when necessary, but also push you to excel. Rarely are there injuries, but always there is a strong community. Check this box out, you certainly won't be disappointed you did.
