If you're like I was, you're searching Google Maps to find all the CrossFit affiliates in your area because your crazy CrossFit friends won't stop talking about it and you decided to give it a shot.  It's likely you already know the workout is going to be a challenge and no matter what affiliate you go to, you'll work up a good sweat.  And that's certainly the case at Unrestricted.  You'll get the legendary CrossFit routine,  but you'll also get owners and coaches with a deep commitment to their membership - the CrossFit Unrestricted family.  Shortly after I joined, they expanded their class offerings and increased the number of class times significantly, even adding clinics on the weekends to further educate you on particular skills.  The members here are friendly and welcoming, from the experienced those just starting out.  All will cheer you on and support you.  Owners Heather and Adrian and their team will train, educate, encourage and guide you to whatever goal you have in mind.  It's their passion and it reflected in the people that choose Unrestricted as their CrossFit home.

If you're looking for a place and group of people that help you reach your fitness goals Crossfit Unrestricted is the best.  Give it a try and you will never go back to a traditional gym or workout.
