In being brand new to crossfit 6 months ago I was a bit intimidated to try it out, but showed up due to a push from a friend. Best thing I’ve ever done. I have never felt more empowered and in shape (and I am a 36 year old single momma) in my life! I started out doing things modified and worked my way up to doing many things Rx at this point! When I don’t come, I miss it! My body loves the constant challenge as does my mind! Amazing coaches, amazing workouts, and a GREAT crew to get to know and push yourself with!! Everyone cheers one another on and no one is left behind no matter where you’re at on your CF journey! Absolutely love Crossfit Vehemence and would recommended to people of all shapes, sizes, and ages!!!

Great gym, great coaching and great athletes! Worth a drop in and certainly worth the membership. It’s also a huge benefit that there is childcare for classes.

Excellent CrossFit coaching, programming, and community of supportive athletes! Also, with CF membership comes full access to a power and strength gym that has great hours to work on other goals. Also, affordable seminars held by experts on different excerises and nutrition, and the nutrition consulting program is second to none. To top it off for parents with Little’s one a great kids club with staff that take great care of our kids! Big Ups to the entire staff, especially the Head CrossFit Coach Lee Coldwell and Nutrition Consultant & Power Lifing Coach Michael Lewis.
