The owners, Dan and Mary, run a great operation.  They genuinely care about my health and fitness and are always available for questions and extra help. They have rehabbed my knees, which I thought was impossible, and helped me lose 15+ lbs in my short time of working out with them.  I appreciate their fitness knowledge and the environment they have created.

Great place to workout!  Dan is an amazing coach.  The best part of the experience is the people.  They are amazing to workout with.

Unfortunately cannot give 5 starts due to issues with customer service and cancellation charges.  Maybe an isolated event but nonetheless distasteful to be charged for 4 months straight after cancelling and having to ask for refunds.  Too much of a hassle.

This is the first time in my life I've been able to sustain any kind of workout regimen. P90X? Fail. Insanity? Fail. Crossfit? Success. Coach Dan is a world-class athlete but there's not a person in the box whom he hasn't helped, one on one, at some point. I'm in the best shape I've been in since I was 18 and the people there have become close friends. Jumping around by myself like an idiot in front of the TV in my basement? Not so much. Working out with good friends in a place that feels like a second home? Yes, please. I highly recommend joining this box. It's been great.
