Honestly the best box I've been to in the area. It seems fitting for 6 days a week CrossFitters to those looking to start on ramp. Currently their location is a bit small but they will be moving in late Spring 2017 to a much larger facility. Paul, Igrid, Rob and all the other coaches are amazing. I'm happy to be apart of this box's family.

Love this place! Great coaches with a good sense of proper training and proper body movement. Other members make the mood fun, even at 530 in the morning.

CFW is more than your standard CrossFit gym its a home, family, nutrition spot and friend group to most of its members. The three owners (Scott, Paul and Dave) are amazing and consistent with their practices and coaching approaches. Zach is the other full time coach who runs the bootcamp classes in addition to normal CF work outs and he is awesome. If you are looking to PR (hit a personal record) or improve your olympic lifting styles while having fun he is the coach for you. You cannot go wrong with a single coach at this gym their skills are beyond impressive. 

This gym has everything from clothing, supplements, 1:1 on ramp training, hands on coaches, group classes and even bootcamp classes in the morning and on the weekends. Men and women of all ages and varying physical capabilities go to this gym. Its not a place to feel shy or self conscious because as soon as everyone learns your name they will be cheering you on for the rest of the work out. 

This is worth every penny!
