Worst customer service from the insurance agent I went through. I do not recommend going here at all. I thought the insurance agent was sincere and actually cared when I said multiple times I wanted to bundle my home and auto insurance, unfortunately he was not. Before I met with him in the office he even instructed to bring information on my car so we could add the auto insurance. Recently after, I was in an accident while being 8 months pregnant and trusting that he had added the auto insurance to my policy to only find out the he had never added the auto insurance to the policy that I thought I had purchased. When I called to see why he didn't add the auto like we had talked about he denied that he had no knowledge of this, even though prior he asked for my car information and paper work for the car. I repeatedly told him on the phone and in the office I wanted to bundle the home and auto. He showed no care or concern about the accident. He didn't even ask if either my baby or I were okay.Towards the end of the conversation he then admitted that we did talk about the auto insurance, but he didn't think I wanted it so he did NOT add it. That's why I said I wanted to bundle my home and auto and brought you paper work about my car! My grandparents recommended going here and the same insurance agent personally sent them a card saying he would take "good" care of myself and my family. Thanks Brad you really helped us out by paying attention to your customer!!!

Cross Keys Insurance makes me feel like part of their family.  Vanessa has gone out of her way to help me with quotes and claims in the past.  If she isn't available I know I can rely the same level of service from anyone in the office.   Truly a FAMILY operated business.

Your customer service is fantastic.  I never feel like a number or another policy.  You guys make us feel like we are important to you and that you care.  Erie has been a great company to work with as well.

CrossKeys made moving my insurance policy very easy. They worked to get my prior agent to release my policy and moved it to their agency and then helped me get a long-overdue life insurance policy at a reasonable rate. Brad was helpful in explaining what needed to happen and what my options were regarding the life policy, without the hard sell.

I was very impressed and pleased to have had a response  regarding any question, comment or concern I had in such a timely matter. I don't believe there was a single email I sent that Vanessa did not address within a few hours, sometimes within a few minutes. The process was easy and conducted in a timely matter.
