I highly recommend Crossroads Ford of Fuquay Varina.  They went above and beyond to help me get a new car when others could not.  I'd like to especially thank Anthony Perry, a very caring salesman, Nate and Frank.
I now own a beautiful and economical 2015 Ford Fiesta which has gotten over 38 MPG and is a joy to drive.  When I discovered a mechanical issue one week after purchase, they quickly took care of the problem and the car is now in excellent condition.  The whole team at Crossroads treated me with kindness and professionalism.

Well they sent me an email asking for my opinion about my recent servicing so I will share my visit.  I set up an online appointment for an oil change and a state inspection.  The online process was easy and convenient.  (I should add that I chatted with an online agent and she recommended I book an online appointment.)  When I arrived, like some other reviews I read, there were 4 folks behind computer screens ... none of which recognized my arrival right away.  Only one of them was working with another customer.  Eventually one gentleman said he would help me out.   About a minute later, one of the 'available' gentleman asked me what I needed.  I replied that I had an appointment.  He seemed a little dismayed at first like they were done for the day.  He then asked me if I booked my appointment online and I said yes.  Then, things went forward as normal.  When my car was done, the agent asked me how long my 'rear door unlocked' alert had been showing up.  I smirked because I knew this was an ongoing issue with the Edge like mine and told him 'about 2-3 years'.  He promptly told me my car was ready, turned around, and headed back to his desk.  Typically I would have at least expected a reply but I was not surprised at this point.  When I got my paperwork I noted that my rear brake pads had more life left on them then the last oil change I had at the same location.  Hmmm ... I wondered ... I don't think that is normal.  Did I get false information the last time I took my car there?  Anyway, this was my experience.  I have received much better personal experience at Crossroads Ford of Cary from their service department.  I will have to reevaluate my choice a few months from now.  Thanks for reading!

The folks that provide service are great.  We have the full service contract on our Escape and the only disappointing item is the dealer doesn't seem to care about washing or cleaning the car during service.  We had similar service plans with Hyundai and Chevy that would wash and vacuum the vehicle when we brought it in for service.  That made a big impression on us because it reflected their interest in keeping our auto nice in all respects.  Seems this would be a big PR positive to have such at Ford Crossroads.

This is the only place to buy a car from as far as I am concerned. The staff here are some of the nicest people you will ever have the pleasure of meeting. They went above and beyond to help us acquire a new car when our 4 month old car was destroyed by a hailstorm. The service on the vehicle sure ( oil changes) have been professional and very fast!!!

The service at Crossroads Ford of Fuquay was spectacular!  From the emails, to walking in the front door.  I was treated with the utmost respect and wasn't pressured like most places you go into.  Butch and Dave went out of their way to make me comfortable.  And to think I was just looking at vehicles and ended up leaving with a brand new Ford Escape!  Thanks again to everyone at Crossroads!
