I needed help with a flight booking a minor and called this agency. The lady I spoke with was uninterested from the beginning and kept telling me I needed to call the airlines directly. She would verbally sigh and at one point told me she was not interested in helping me with this. I would not use this agency for any kind of travel assistance nor would I recommend them.

Carlson corporate sold the leisure franchise division to the CEO & President of that division who rebranded to Travel Leaders in August of 2008.  This franchise has remained under the same ownership since 1993, and the continuity of service and experience level of the agents there is unmatched.  

Definitely where you want to call if you want expertise while planning and accountability before, during and after your travel.
