Average liquor store with the standard selection. The staff was friendly but didn't really say much. Their spirits selection was standard. Seems good if you live in the area but as far as I could tell with the spirits section, particularly the scotch and bourbon, there wasn't anything rare or unique. That being said if you are looking for a staple or a mixer then this might be a good place for you to consider. The entrance is wheelchair accessible.

Ordered my selection on-line and went to pick it up, and I was in and out within 3 minutes. Nice clean store, friendly and professional staff. Prices are reasonable for what you want and for the neighborhood.

My favorite wine store in all of NYC! I've been coming here for years - the staff is always extremely friendly, helpful, and generous. I've discovered many new, unique wines based on their recommendations. Excellent variety. Definitely worth stopping in if you're in the area!

Shopping at Crossroads Wine and Spirts is a pleasure. The wine selection ranges from everyday wines to collectors, but regardless of choice all the bottles are hand picked and great quality - you really can’t go wrong.  The owner and his employees are very knowledgeable and helpful.  If planning a party I will often window shop first on their website and then go to the store to place my order - it’s a great way to explore options!!  I highly recommend you make Crossroads your go to wine store if you enjoy great wine, quality service and very fair prices.

Crossroads has an excellent range of organic and vegan wines as well as organic spirits. They are so friendly and helpful. They always have great suggestions for any and every spirit. It's a large store with a vast array of wines and spirits- one will absolutely find whatever they are looking for and more!

I bought a big $40 dollar bottle of liquor and was given 1 weak paper bag to hold it. As soon as I got out of the store the bottle fell and broke. They only offered to take $4 off of the new bottle I was going to purchase & accused me of trying to drink it & that is the reason it fell. When I called to speak to the manager, I was told he wasn’t there and when I asked for the names of the gentleman working in the store I was hung up on.

Guy at counter has no respect for customers rude and on top of it charges more if your paying with debit a nip that's normally 1$ is 1,25$ if you use a card which I'm pretty sure is illegal!! Never getting my hard earned money AGAIN go down Rd to westport so much nicer people!!!
