I don't know about the complaints I read.  This is a simple, get the road dirt off, car wash.  The monthly price is great.  The entire path is straight and easy to see through.  I don't know how any part could be knocked off and not found.  

The car wash does not have a top beater bar like many car washes have.  I have an F150 with the panoramic roof.  I chose this car wash because the top cleaning does not push down on the roof.

I started using them in the winter to keep the road salt off the body, thus helping to prevent rust.  I go 15 to 30 times a month in the winter.  I don't  know how the make any money on me...lol
