The only place in the area that can iron collars properly. I've been using them for years with expensive custom tailored shirts. Never had a problem. They are reasonably priced and work hard for your business. Alterations guy is not that great.  Uses fishing line for stretchy pans length which didn't work for my Zara suit.. kept coming undone. Did a heat job on my Charles tyrwhitt suit that doesn't stretch.

Had a London Fog (Expensive Jacket) with Alpaca expensive lining to be cleaned, was quoted $20.00 after inspecting the coat, left the coat to be dry cleaned.
After picking it up a few days letter, carefully inspection at home, revealed holes in the lining made by Crown Cleaners not there before. 
Returned to Crown Cleaners with the coat and showed the owner of the damage. They knew it was there and employees looked on (they knew it too). Totally denied any wrong doing, saying the coat is old and did nothing or offered to pay or replace the lining of my London Fog valued at $100/lining only. Had my attorney write them a letter, they said they never received it but know of my incident very well.
Not the American way to run a business!!!
Crown Cleaners since lost all my business, that of referrals and all my office staff's dry cleaning!!! who lost more??? Maybe this posting will help hit their pocket further!
