We have been coming to this location for over 6 years and have been very pleased with the dentists and staff. My siblings were usually very nervous heading into a dentist appt but that is not the case here. They are very comfortable and enjoy their visits with Dr. Tran. They are also very flexible and can usually get an appointment to be seen within a couple of days rather than weeks like at other dentists in town. Definitely recommend.

I recommend Crown Dental they did an excellent job with my cleaning it felt like a deep cleaning! The doctors and staff are amazing! The tv screens in every room made it more confortable!! 😊

This is second time this office changed my appointment time in last minute. I have beebln here many times and even my family members been here before. I called a week ahead to make appointment and told the reason to visit was to adjust the lower denture for my dad. He has been struggling with chewing the food since he had his full denture here. My appointment was scheduled at 5:30 on Thursday, and on Wednesday which was a day before my appointment they called me and asked me to come at 5pm instead of 5:30pm. I was fine with that because that time my dad could get out work and come for his appointment. However, on Thursday I was working, and my dad was at work either. 3:45pm the girl called me and asked me if I could come at 4:00pm which is 15 minutes later if not they would cancel our appointment or reschedule. Well, what do they think they are? to make the patients come any time they want? They said the lab guy could come at 4pm not at 5pm for us? They explained that it took awhile to coordinate with the doctor and the lab people. I wondered how long it takes them to do that, I called a week ago already. Moreover, if I and my dad could not come at 4pm, we had to reschedule and come next week or the next two week for them while my dad could not eat or chew any thing. Should we wait more and call back for another appointment? The other thing is the office rushed us to come not even care where we were at. We had to come in 15 minutes. Who will be responsible for what happen to us after they rushed us? Who will be the one that have responsibility for us when we asked the boss to get out early at work for the last minute? They think that we are always available/free to wait for their call and come any time? It waw a bad experience here for me. I was so stressful with these peoppe. Sorry if not because of my dad, I never want to come here or even tell/ recommend people about this place.
