Order a ELT 80. Product was of poor quality and workmen ship. The seal leaked after a month and notified  crown with service and was told it must have been from the way it was used. The staff member was rude and aggressive with me. In the end they did nothing and but say it was my staffs fault.

Order some product it was three weeks late being delivered and of poor quality. Spoke with director to express concerns and he was rude and of no help. This company has gone way down hill and suggest they take the word Service from the name!!!!

Called originally a month ago transferred to a lady in the parts department she was very knowledgeable.  Knew the part I was talking about and said she did not have any in stock.  She said they were able to get more of the part and said it would take a week to be produced and she would ship one to us when they came in. Called today wondering about our part.  Left a message for parts and service.  Parts and service called back with-in a few minutes.  Basically attacking me saying he never saw any order and they do not deal with parts.  I tried explaining that I talked to someone about a month ago and they said they could get the part.  Parts and Service basically blew up on me and told the guy I do not deserve this as I am trying to order a part for my steamer.  He told me to order the part thru Parts Town.
