My son had managed to lock a key inside its room at a family friend's house. It happened to formerly be an exterior door (a room had been added on at some point). After many of our own attempts, we gave up and called Crown. Russ was so sweet to come to our rescue in the early evening hours! It turned out that this was a 1960s commercial grade luck that ended up requiring quite a bit of work. I felt so bad for the whole situation but he diligently, graciously and professionally fixed the lock. Russ made this bad situation like it hadn't even happened - I'm so grateful he was able and willing to resolve this for us! I highly recommend this company.

I was very pleased with the service!. Russ was courteous and very professional. He was very fast, on time and the price was right! Mailbox lock was replaced in less than ten minutes. I will use Crown Locksmith services without hesitation if I need a locksmith in the future. I highly recommend!.

I was really satisfied with the manner and quality that was provided by Crown Locksmith services. I was attended by Russ, who was kind and clear when setting up the appointment, and courteous to even call ahead to notify me of his status and approximate time he would arrive to my home. Once he arrived at my place he was right on it, asking to see each door to assess which needed replacement or re-keying. It was obvious he wanted to make sure I could save as much money in this process, as I had many doors to be serviced. Once Russ assessed all the locks, he explained what needed top be done, the approximate time to do it all. I especially thank Russ for advice on better securing a door that I thought was already secure, when in fact, it was a great vulnerable entrance.  Once I agreed to all that was required he went to his impressive full-service locksmith truck and got all his tools and parts. During the work he was conscious of any noise and notified me before any big noise was to be made. After all it was accomplished, he provided my sets of keys (one to all these locks!) and walked me through them all to test before I paid. All in all a great smooth experience. I suggest their services when you desire clean performance work, with no "bumps" or "extras"  injected in later.
