It's a bit run down but when you're not able to afford much you accept some conditions to keep the rain off  your head. It's better than being on the street.... The manager is a nice lady. She help out a lots n her spouse. The owner just see green n that's ur money. Truly it's just a place to get by until you're able to rise again. I wouldn't invited my friends or family to visit. They would never understand n would be shock to see me in this kinda environment. Hope I'd help especially if u in a budget n paying on s weekly basis.

Terrible. This is one of those old places people rent out to live in. It's small dirty & not sanitary. We were able to get our money back tho so we're happy about that. Also they had no cable & the tv was terrible.

As of present, Its awful. Completely run down and the conditions are horrible! Roaches, Bed bugs, fleas, terrible stench in the rooms due to carpet mildew, very unclean. No place for a family or children. Call the health inspection immediately, something must be done!
