Cruise Planners was AWESOME to work with! They presented several options for where we wanted to go and what our budget was. Very pleasant experience. Communication and reminders on what we needed to bring and itinerary were extremely helpful. We would definitely use their services again and highly recommend to others!

Start to finish Gerry and Margaret were so helpful in planning our recent cruise to Alaska. We'd never been on a cruise before, so I was looking for travel agents who would have lots of insight and recommendations. Gerry and Margaret met with us and answered all of our questions in detail. They were so helpful in booking the cruise, our plane tickets,  and our shore excursions. They even printed out everything we needed before we left. We made the decision to go very last minute, but Gerry and Margaret had everything ready for us with plenty of time. The cruise itself (with Princess cruises) was a dream vacation. The ship had excellent accommodations, great staff, and tons of entertainment. I would strongly recommend you work with Gerry and Margaret.

Gerry Waller with Cruise Planners has been the best Travel Agent for our family.  In the past year and a half he has made arrangements for both flight and ship from different states for more than 50 people.  He is incredible in coordinating arrival and departures, recommending excursions, and other boat options for us.  Any question we have asked big or small Gerry gets back to us immediately with the answer with a fabulous attitude.  We only wish we would have know about him sooner.  I can not recommend him and his company enough for your travel needs!

Our planning and preparations have been a stress free experience with every trip booked by Margaret. Margaret offers personal and professional service with every contact. She will go above and beyond to ensure you receive all benefits and discounts offered.  Our recent cruise included 11 families.  We all received the required documents and information well in advance of our trip. First Class Service!

Thank you Margaret and Gerry for helping plan such an amazing vacation to Aruba! The hotel was beautiful. Our daughter loved the lazy river. We will definitely be in touch soon for our next trip and will highly recommend you to all of our friends traveling this summer.
