The staff was wonderful! First time booking a trip with my little one. Amy went above and beyond to make sure we were seating next to each other on the to and from flight. I will be definitely be using their services again!

I came in and book my travel plans for my upcoming trip. I work with Lisa Eckhart. She was very professional and courteous to my needs. This was my very first time using this travel store. I will come back for sure on my next travel plans.

Busy at times but no line today. Did take a give 5-10 min to paint the trip tick I wanted because they had printer problems!

I have been working with Charles Tobin for a number of years. My daughter and her husband also work with him. He is always efficient and reliable. I will refer him to some new drivers today as I very much appreciate his follow -through. He provided options for us and does try to steer our decisions. He is a great advocate and teacher and explains everything you need to know to make a good decision.

Don't go here expecting to buy Disney World Tickets. I waited for about 20 minutes for 3 people to try to figure out how to get them and left without tickets....the one person who knew how to get these tickets was away! And there were at least 5 staff there...No one knew how to do this!!
One of the employees was very rude to me, long brunette hair and about 25 years old. I hope she doesn't treat her mother like that!
