These are the best cookies I ever had! I was unsure of how good they would be and they did not disappoint!! I want to get them every week now
Crumbl cookies are delicious! They are large, flavorful, and pretty to look at. All cookies available, and the variety changes monthly, are on exhibit at the front counter. The store itself is simply sterile pink and white. It sits in the parking lot on Army trail Road and Schmale Road with the local Target store. Please be aware, if you are paying cash, you must use a specific register. They are not allowed to tell people that fact, so ask before you place your order. Parking: Parking on the side and in front of the store. If needed, there are also hundreds of spots as the local Target store is also on the property. Kid-friendliness: There is nothing here except the selection of available cookies to keep a child's interest. Wheelchair accessibility: There are a couple of handicap spots in front of the store. Manual opening of the door is required. No crossing any part of the lot to enter is a plus.
The store was really clean inside. The cookies are super delicious, and the menu changes from week to week. They are a little pricey, but worth it. They always have their signature chocolate chip cookies available. I bought a six-pack of assorted cookies for around $24.00. I know what you're thinking, but the cookies are large, and nobody complained while eating them! Lol. I'll definitely be a returning customer!
Always friendly, cookies are huge! The cinnamon ones are the best! I still don’t understand why the 4 pack has better pricing than the 6 packFood: 4/5
Cookies are so good. Fun to share and sample the different flavors for the kids. Clean store with no wait time. Easy to order on appFood: 5/5
They have some BIG cookies! There is also a big hype around Crumbl and I can’t say that my experience lived up to all of the hype. The service was super quick. Cookies were served either warm or cold depending on the type of cookie. Place was clean. No one greeted us, but they quickly filled the order and presented the box to us. We got different types and they were all more sugary than I would have liked. Also, for what you get they are very expensive. I could see how people like this, but I wouldn’t come back myself.
The staff treated me very horrible today. This store was supposed to open at 8am as was shown at their sign outside of their door. I showed up at 8:23am in a 28 degree cold weather and their doors were locked but, I saw someone standing inside the store. When she saw me, she proceeded towards the door just to peep through her door and uttered with a nasty attitude that her colleague canceled and that the opening hours doesn’t apply today. She implied that I wait outside in the cold for 45 minutes until she’s done baking her cookies. Very bad customer service, I just wondered “if I was light skin, would she lock back her door with that nasty attitude”.
Came on opening day. Line outside but it moved fast. By the time I put my card on my wallet, my name was called. Employees were helpful and asking if it was your first time or went to others. Glad this place opened up in this area.
Grand opening day! First time trying these, never been. We waited about 30 min in line outside, not bad for their opening day. They ran out of a couple of cookies and there was a 30 minute wait we didn’t wait. We tried the sugar shark, coconut and upside down pineapple - all were really good! We’ll definitely be back! Nice work to everyone working today, I’m sure its been a bush day! Everyone was so nice and friendly!!!
The cookies are very good and are creative flavors. A tad expensive but nothing to be concerned about. Biggest drawback is that they ask for tips every timeFood: 5/5
