Went inside and ordered from the kiosk. We were greeted upon entering the bright cheerful little bakery. The wait for 4 cookies was minimal and they are presented nicely. They were all so pretty and delicious. It's hard to pick a favorite.

Placed an order for pickup to be sure to get a variety since they run out all the time I've heard from other customers. I was four minutes early and the app wouldn't allow me to check in for pickup. They did make the order right away as there were no other customers.   As soon as I got the box to my car, the icing had slid off because the cookie was too warm for it. Two cookies were not even fully cooked and inedible. I'm not going to try the rest for fear of the same problem. I'll never go back again, this was a complete waste of money and I hope we don't get sick from the raw dough.

Baked perfecly with just enough doughy goodness, yet still cooked through.  This is gourmet cookie, a sugar free would be a good addition, but it's not what they are built around.

Crumbl Cookies of Great Falls is AMAZING!! I absolutely love the crew, and the open kitchen idea is such a warm and awesome smelling idea! Every cookie i’ve tried has been over the top and the customer service is so lively and fun—i can’t get enough! The only downside is that their cookie flavors change every week, but I heard from someone that they are starting up a new weekly subscription for cheaper cookies!! How awesome is that? Love ya guys &lt;3

I was so excited for this business to open and have been so disappointed. The cookies are never baked thoroughly. We have attempted to buy probably 5 times and each time, there is at least one or more flavor that is not cooked properly and they end up going in the trash. The minimum purchase is always 4 cookies we are optimistic they are going to be better so we go for it! and it started becoming a very expensive treat that we never got to enjoy! The staff is always friendly though so they get my 1 star. I really hope they get the kinks straightened out or their cook times/oven temps otherwise I will have to resort to driving to Helena again.

I've always have good service when I go or order off the app. I love seeing the cookie flavors each week and knowing what the mystery cookie is when there is one.

Well this was the first place that came up on Google when I typed into the search engine 'cookies delivered in Great Falls Montana'.I was trying to call and order cookies to be delivered to my mom in Great Falls Montana, from Oregon thats me,for her birthday! They couldn't help me. First they told me I had the wrong number, they had no clue what i was talking about. I was trying to look at the menu online and it wouldn't come up. He said they don't deliver, but It says in their ad they deliver. So I've never been there but I don't think I'm going to go next time I visit.

I love these cookies. My store always has fresh, never stale, cookies. Always soft, chewy & delicious.

Very good cookies and the app makes pick-up super easy. The cutter is perfect for sharing cookies, too.
