My first trip to Crumbl Cookies did not go well because there was a sign on the door saying "temporarily closed". My next trip there were only a couple people in line so I got served quickly. Six cookies were on the menu but unfortunately 2 were sold out by 4pm. So I ordered 2 chocolate chip cookies and 2 raspberry cheesecake. They come nicely packaged and presented by friendly staff. The cookies are $4.38 each. As far as taste the cookies were under baked for sure. I suppose if you like eating cookie dough they would be fine but that's not what I like. It looked like about 12 employees working hard making cookies in the back area. Maybe in time they will improve. Probably just working out the kinks.

Love this store! Every time i go in everyone is friendly and they do a great job. They do a great job having all the cookie availability, especially in the morning. They have come a long way since they first opened. If you had an issue at the beginning, that’s to be expected, but they have it perfect now! Thanks for bringing Crumbl to South Elgin. The store ow er should be happy to have such a fantastic crew. Go in the mornings if you ever have problems, they are great!
Went into Crumbl yesterday afternoon for a few party boxes and I cannot believe they were able to accommodate my order! The girls putting my order together were so pleasant and the girl working by the ovens was on top of it! She came up to see what was needed and to make sure they had enough and then went back and started putting cookies in the oven. I was watching everyone communicate and the girl in the back kept saying, “You’re good, just give it to them. I got it handled! “ During this whole transaction everyone of them had a smile on their face and truly appeared to love their jobs. They made the whole experience so much better than expected. The cookies were baked perfectly and the whole store is just great!
Exciting that there’s a crumbl in Elgin! Unfortunately when I went they were sold out of a lot of the cookies. I placed my order and unfortunately had to change two of the cookies I ordered to something else. I definitely understand it just opening and for kinks to be worked out, but shouldn’t you be cranking out cookies as fast as you can since it just opened and they are literally called Crumbl COOKIES. Cookies should be the main focus. I overheard a supervisor or someone tell the employees once something is low to call back on it and to let them know. Sounds like there’s some miscommunication with baking times. Literally half the menu was sold out and it was only noon. Hopefully when I come back, there will be more choices! The cookies are delicious, but they need to work out the kinks and timing. Waiting 30- 40 minutes for cookies is a long time.
Crumbl Cooookies! Nom, Nom. Purchased two Party Packs . 50 mini cookies and one Lemon Cookie. Another great cookie experience in South Elgin, IL. Staff was friendly and efficient.
These cookies look beautiful but taste horribly bland and under baked. I just don't get it. You literally specialize in cookies ONLY..but they are flavorless and under baked. They taste like decorated shaped dough. I'm so tired of places like this taking advantage of customers. Like care enough about your business to taste/test your products so you can have returning customers!? And of course... Me, being hopeful and trying to "contribute to community businesses" I had my bf order a whole box of cookies $$$$..and they are doughy and gross. Never again. #DOBETTER

The change of cookies each week is a very unique, social-media-friendly if you're into that sort of thing place that allows Crumbl to remain exciting to visit and try out. The cookies are expensive nearly $5 for a single cookie but they are also huge and highly specialized. So far my favorite cookies are the milk chocolate chip which they have every week, lemon poppyseed, lemonade, and Muddy Buddies cookies.
Love this concept… I mean every week a new lineup of cookies… And these cookies I love these cookies!! What’s not to like!!! Many reviews state these are undercooked; however, if you prefer soft, moist, warm cookies as I do then you’ll love these. Also unlike some I actually had a really positive customer service experience. I placed two orders a couple weeks back and was not signed up for loyalty at that time. Fast forward to yesterday and I went to the store and Sofia and Jessica both diligently worked at getting me the loyalty points for those past orders. They didn’t give up until they figured it out. So cool to see that type of attitude of putting your customers first. Still a new store but they are beginning to find their way.
