Cookies are delicious and fresh! Beautifully packaged, and something you could pick up as a thank you gift, a housewarming gift or just fo someone special. Curbside pick up is available, and also you can order ahead and just come and pick them up. They are a bit on the expensive side, but VERY worth it!
Love these cookies... I just taste a little bit and give the rest to my partner but I have to say these are amazing ... Good deals.... Great taste... Fair price... Lovely staff please go and try
Ever since I was introduced to this place and cookies, I’ve always had a good experience. My orders have always been right. Cookies are fresh and warm. Curbside is quick. The app is easy to use and is very convenient. However tonight, not only did I wait for 25 minutes on curbside, I had to get down and go inside to find out what was going on. Turned out, my order was just sitting on the side, even though I clicked “I’m here” on the app. Also, the cookies weren’t made fresh and warm like how I chose on the app. The cookies were so sloppily made too. They didn’t look like the display cookies I saw on their counter which by the way was beautifully, evenly and generously frosted or the website. Needless to say, this visit was highly disappointing. I feel since the hype has worn down that they pay less attention to details, which should never be the case since these are $5 cookies.
We went there around 8 pm Saturday night. There was a line, but we didn't wait that long because they only had 2 kinds of cookies available. We got the 2 flavors they had left: oatmeal and chocolate brownie. They are big and heavy cookies. I liked them both. They weren't too sweet and they were warm. I will say that I was disappointed that they didn't have all their cookies available. I guess one can argue that it was a Saturday evening. But for an establishment that sells nothing but cookies AND they are open until midnight, wouldn't it stand to reason that they should have all their cookies in stock 4 hours before closing time? That's really the only reason I didn't give 5 stars. Otherwise, I really liked the cookies I bought--just wish I was able to order what I actually wanted.
The chocolate chip cookies were delicious! Ordering from the app ahead of time was great! The cookies were ready for pick up when I got to the store.
I have wanted to try this place since it opened and I was NOT disappointed. My brother and I got a New York cheesecake cookie and it was crisp on the edges but soft and chewy in the center. The staff were very friendly and it will be fun to try other new flavors in the future.
Thw cookies are super big and i have a love/hate relationshio with the weekly change up of the menu. I have discovered a few favs as time goes by, just hate that i have to keep an eye out for when or if they return. Cookies are a little pricey so i dont go often.
First time here, Stopped by Thursday at 5:15pm, not busy! Tried just the milk chocolate chip $4.25, came out super fast. For how HUGE, warm and filling it was with one bite, I thought it was yummy! Big cookie 4 x 4 inches. Very easy walking in and will be back!
9 times out of 10 I have a great experience at Crumbl. Every now and then, I get a cashier who's not super friendly. But usually everyone is super nice. The cookies themselves are super delicious and I love seeing the different flavors every week. I was disappointed to find the prices went up in December 2020. A 4-pack used to be $14.50 and is now $16. A party pack was $36 and is now $39.50. Seems drastic and out of nowhere, especially for such a successful company. At least the cookies are huge. Sometimes, I feel like the frosting isn't as thick or generous as advertised or the filling isn't as filled either. I'm a huge lover of frosting especially, so this always disappoints me.
I had to check out what all the hype was about. O. M. G. Y’all gotta try these!! Yes, they are worth it. Yes, they are rich. Yes, you can share one cookie…. But you won’t want to!!! Go get your cookies!
