As a late birthday gift to myself I took a trip to my local Crumbl Cookies. Not knowing what to expect, despite purchasing cookies in the past, I went in to try this week’s cookies. Boy do I have an opinion on this shop specifically. From the perfect location on Main Street to the comfortable and relaxing atmosphere this place does it the best. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, they will always ask if you need any assistance or recommendations whenever you come in! Parking is not as bad as it may seem for the location as they have parking in the front, side and in the back. Enough of the general building and environment and let’s get to the good stuff; the cookies. I tried the Twix Shortbread cookie and when I tell you that was phenomenal you better believe it!!! I got carryout so when I arrived I got the order SO fast and even got the chance to talk to some lovely workers. They told me about how a day in their life is and how they run Crumbl. Did you know they have REAL cookies on the display board?! Enough of my excitement there but the cookie itself was good, even though the weathers cold I would get that chilled cookie again.  Overall I would have to say,  Customer Service: 10/10, whether you go in the morning or at night I always interact with the sweetest workers!  Cookie Quality: 10/10, absolutely DELICIOUS. The cookies are beautiful and you can tell they put a lot of work into each individual cookie.  Atmosphere and presentation: 8/10, I only rate it so low because of the lights. Otherwise it is a nice set up with easy accessibility and very clean! Just the lights are very bright. Cute pink and white aesthetic though.  Affordability: 9/10, I would have to say my opinion of the prices has gone up. Recently they have made the chocolate chip cookies relatively less expensive with the price going down by at least a dollar? For the size of those cookies it is definitely worth it though!  Thank you all for taking the time to read my review and thank you Crumbl for a sweet birthday treat     The cookie pictured below was not how it was presented to me. I tried to break a piece off lol!  Parking: A lot of spots open to customers  Kid-friendliness: Very family friendly!

*Update* I received a call from the Manager who received concerns and assured me of all the safety food standards and laws the kitchen and products being used go through. While the owners are not available she will be in touch with them shortly about this and has offered a refund and thanked me for my current and future business.  3/5 only because I dont think the owner takes his customers seriously.  I wrote an email about a possible spoiled product almost a week ago and have yet to hear back.

I had a lemon cookie when I was in OK this past summer and fell in love with it.  The glaze was scrumptious and the lemon piece was cut in quarters a little piece on each 4th of the cookie.  Fast forward to this week.  My granddaughter messaged me to let me know the lemon glaze was on the menu this week.  I went today after work and got 2 large lemon glaze cookies.  I was so excited to FINALLY get the Lemon Glaze Crumbl cookie.  I took a quarter of one tonight and was so disappointed.  There was barely any glaze on the cookie and I tasted no lemon.  I tried to squeeze some of the lemon and only got a little bit.  Definitely not enough for the large cookie.  So very disappointed.   I might be better off baking my own using the copycat recipes.

Good cookies, great service, and the location is in a great spot in Main Street on Exton.  I was the very first customer at this new location. Everyone there was so nice.  I've had Crumbl cookies before I think they taste a bit undercooked but the flavors are really great. They're also a bit pricey. I personally like Insomnia Cookies better but they don't have changing flavors to keep things fresh and new. Although that peanut butter banana cookie that was one of the features this week was one of the best cookies I've ever had!

Cookies are pretty good but a little expensive. Though they are pretty big. I used the app and one of the flavors I wanted was sold out. However, when I went to pick up my order, they did have the flavor I wanted back in stock. The girl was kind enough to swap out the cookies for me. Staff is very nice and the store was incredibly clean.

Cookies are pretty amazing and aren't just your average chocolate chip. Although getting chocolate chip is possible.  Menu of special cookies changes so some flavors aren't always available.  There's samples for view in the counter and although those are not being served to customers it was still a bit off putting to see a fly on them. I'd suggest they find a way to cover them  Cookies were tasty and we will be back.

Good cookies, great service, and the location is in a great spot in Main Street on Exton. I got these cookies for the family who just bought their first house and Kids were so happy. Next time planning on using their Catering services for Homes By Jui Buyer and Seller Seminar @Keller Williams Exton office. My absolute personal favorite is Cookies and cream cookie.

GPS took me to the back of the store, wasn’t a big deal. Just keep in mind that if you’re not seeing the clear doors and windows then you’re not looking at the main entrance. Staff were super nice and helped me complete my orders based on questions I had. Cookies came out looking flawless. Taste was 10/10 Crumbl Authenticity. So excited for this store and the community!

Not for diabetics for sure! LOL These creations are not for the faint of heart! They are delicious! Pricey, However, are great for a special occasion!

Despite payment troubles the store qas having, the shift lead Pedro was a great help and assisted us in figuring out alternatives. Very friendly and welcoming. The cookies were also delicious as always.
