I have an Incredible team in Jacalyn Ackerman,Attorney and Shevela Hall, Case Manager.My team has been "AWESOME" since the start of my claim, July 21,2016. 
My work related injury really took it's toil on me and I wasn't getting anywhere with Workman's Comp or even my job. I called Crumley Roberts and IMMEDIATELY they got things ROLLING!!
My Case Manager, Shevela Hall is still to this day both professional, considerate, attentive, and informative concerning my case.She keeps in contact with me on a regular basis and follow up with me in a timely manner with answers to any questions that I may have.She also informs me of any changes in my case or medical treatments.

My lawyer was slow in processing things, hardly communicated with me, but yet takes 33% of the settlement plus other fees. I was definitely mislead, and even told me my case wasn't worth  taking to court although I sustained a facial scar I was not paid for. And still have outstanding medical bills.

From day one I knew that I was going to be in good hands & they have proven this over & over again. Kristen is one of the best. She keeps me updated on the status of my case as well as always checking to make sure that I am still feeling and doing ok. They are amazing.

I never been in a situation where I needed a law office to help me with a legal matter.  After searching the web to find the right one I was watching TV one night and seen Crumley Roberts I said ok. I put in my information about a case and they called me back and decided to take my case. Chevela Lattimore Hall is a professional at what she does. She understandable always listening and gonna do what's best for her clients. She works very hard and always contacted me to keep me updated with my case. Knowing it's her I feel at ease and safe. I'm very happy at what the settlement gonna be. Thank you and God bless you.
