I haven't purchased a car from a dealership in over 20 years.  I've been shopping recently and haven't had the best experience. That was until I came to Crump Reese. They were easy to deal with, honest and upfront, and made my car buying experience a pleasant one.  And they treated me like gold even after the deal was done. I am no longer afraid of shopping at a car dealership, but in the future it will always be this one. Can't say enough good about them.  Highly recommend.

Absolutely awful service, flat out liars. I called in advance and scheduled to have a road force tire balance done on my vehicle, which involves spinning the wheel inside the tire to balance them as best as possible. I had a hunch they might be lazy and skip that step so before coming out I marked a line on the back of all four of my tires and wheels indicating their current position. After waiting over two hours they finally said they were finished, they gave me a print out showing they had preformed the road force balance and had indeed indexed the wheels inside the tires for the smoothest possible ride. The print out however had the wrong vehicle information on it, along with a significantly smaller tire size than my vehicle has, so I decided I should double check before leaving. I went out to look and sure enough, they hadn't indexed a single wheel to the tire, all of the paint lines I had made before arriving all still lined up perfectly. When I went back inside to confront them about this they tried to act like that wasn't the truth, and that they had done it, when I pointed out that even the date was wrong on their print out that they gave me they went to try and "figure out what happened". After about 15 minutes they came back with the same print out but changed the vehicle listed on top and again tried to claim it was mine. They are flat out liars who will attempt to scam you out of your money. They knew they hadn't done a road force balance and still tried to pass it off as one. Who knows what other shady things go on in there shop.

I absolutely love Crump-Reese Motor Company! They made it such an easy non stressful day when I bought my first car! I will definitely always go to them! I told them exactly what I could afford and where I wanted my payments and they made it happen!  Thank you so much Crump-Reese!

In all fairness, a very friendly dealership. BUYER BEWARE: They tout a lower sales tax that offers big savings, but their final finance rates are nothing short of ridiculous. If you you look into financing with this dealership, do your homework or you will be sorry. Triple check your deal for interest rates and hidden fees ect.

I have a 2009 Saturn Aura and the service department was able to hammer out the issue of it not starting.  Those guys are champs, and have earned my business.
