When the hours start at 5 am, the doors should be open at 5. Maybe have a responsible morning opener. People are waiting at the door, wanting to better their lives through physical fitness.

Actually, this gym is really clean and an amazing price, however, I was so taken aback by Scott, the personal trainer who "suddenly could not work with me anymore" after we made a connection, things were going good, and I was thinking about buying a package. I stopped going shortly after that, because I lost motivation and felt slightly embarrassed because I always saw him when I was doing a session or coming in on my own. It had such potential :( If you are going to go, I recommend Zach L!

Why is there no Shampoo in the showers? Most of the machines will shake, try running on a treadmill that shakes while in use. NOT fun! They also do not have a strict policy on wiping down machines, no one wipes their equipment after use. It's so gross. They also allow young women to run in just sports bras which I believe is against their code.

Great place to exercise, accessible location, excellent staff and personal trainers available. If only they had as good of taste in music as they did in equipment. :P

Been gone for a year. Came back to re-issue my new payment method. I had a past due of 150 (12 months plus 30.00 maintenance fee. They said I couldn't renew my membership until i paid their past due. Which is ridiculous because if I had attempted to come inside the gym during any of the months with a past due balance; I wouldn't have been allowed inside unless i have paid my past due, therefore there is a restriction to using their services. In my opinion, a past due balance is services owed, and the balances are for compensation for having access to their services. If I could not have access to their services because I had a past due; then why I am I being billed every month? I bet they continue to add every month in which I'm not paying. Only way to come back is to pay for all the months I have "not" paid for, is a terrible consumer model.
