The customer service is 2 out of 10. When you walk in no one says anything to you unless you say something first. On the weekend people look at you like they don't want to be there or help you. Bring a guest seems like a big deal even if you are paying for it. The men's bathroom has a broken parts they still have not fixed for severely months now. 

The gym it self is great with everything they have.

They are in a great community and the vibe or energy they put out is not welcoming. They are missing out on a great opportunity to make this area healthy and fit.

There is plenty of parking, a lot of things to do and there are plenty of machines to work out on...and really good trainers.

I love the trainers I love how they all stop and answer questions that you have about how to work the machines or if you're doing a particular exercise correctly they're easy to approach

Great if you are a morning person; not so great if you wNt to work out after work.

Cons: Squat racks are not the greatest, nobody ever reracks weights, they don't have enough 10 pound plates so you have to search the whole gym whenever you need a couple. Pros: The gyms is super cheap, the plates are round so they're ideal for deadlifts unlike a lot of gym at this price point, the gym is not crazy crowded, they have 2.5 pound plates.
