We have been going to CC in loves park for the last few years and I have only had great interactions with them. My daughter really likes Dr. Fernando and when she gets her flu vaccine, she says it doesn't hurt. They are always polite and I haven't really had an unreasonable wait time. We continue to see them even though we have private insurance now.

Worse experience imaginable. Never felt so violated and intruded in my life. The doctors are horrible and don't listen.the nurses are just as bad. Why anyone would visit this health care facility is beyond me. I've gone twice. I thought I'd give them a second chance. My 2nd visit was worse than the 1st. Horrible people and place. Will be going to a new doctor not associated with crusader clinic.

I've been here numerous times, the staff has always been great and informative, the facility is clean and well-kept, and everyone is nice here...I would recommend this place to everyone

I went to see Valisa Patel for a eye problem she basically told me since I didn't have insurance it was nothing she could do
 And was looking at me like why did you come here. Can't wait for open enrollment comes open at my job.

I love that the doctor took the time to run an extra test I needed right then and there so I didn't have to pay an extra co-pays. I wouldn't have expected her to check when my last PAP was.
