The staff here go above and beyond my expectations in every way. I misplaced a personal item and because of their hard work i was able to retrieve the items i lost. Stay here if customer service is the most important part of your experience. Rooms are neat and clean i preffer the luxury king suite. Breakfast was good plenty to choose from.

It's alright. We thought it was way nicer looking in the rooms then our room turned out to be but it's a good price and nobody trips on what you're doing. They didn't even ask how many people were going to be in the room. Pretty damn chill.

The staff customer service was great in the Casino and front desk check in. But the bed was hard as a board.  The bathroom walls were dirty and for a Casino Hotel it was not upscale. It was like a motel instead. Not happy with the comfort during my stay.

The staff here isn't the best. A lot of them are pretty rude. Not only that, this place is pretty run down. It's like they lost a big hand and have been hemorraging ever since. I didn't stay here but it's near where I live. I'm pretty sure that I wouldn't stay here if I had the option.

Wonderful hotel I enjoyed my stay. Great service from “Coco” any question I had she answered it, even found my phone before i walked out & I realized I’ve had lost it.
