Previously had a 5 star rating on this place, been coming here about 3 years with 2 cars, bi-monthly. I've brought my own scrub cloth to this wash with no issue and was told I can no longer do that. Didn't wanna use their brush because it's full of previous cars dirt and will scratch clear coat. Guess these guys have gotten too big to care. Will find a smaller business to support.

Always packed. If you go here, wash the car yourself so your vehicle is taken care of. I used the automatic car wash because I was pressed for time with my baby in the car. I have a compact suv. Before driving in I read the sign which states they are not responsible for any damage to your vehicle. I  followed the arrows and the rotating brush broke my front license plate frame and bent the plate itself. Nothing major, but not worth something important getting damaged. If it helps I got the package with everything

Nice car wash. Offers automatic car wash bay and manual car wash bays that accept bills right inside the bay.

Horrible customer service. Truck was not available, could not even give us a courtesy call when we had made a reservation. Said he was too busy, when both him and I’m assuming his boss were BOTH in the back room eating, but again they “did not have time”. Offered us a bigger truck, no discount or accommodation, it was more, “take it or leave it”. The best thing they did was refer us to the 90 location which did an awesome job and accommodated both the truck and mileage. Take notes Marbach location.
