I went it to check pricing. The lady said they charge $5.99 for pants and $15 for jackets. I asked they clean (wash, dry clean, other). They lady’s response...”have you never been to a dry cleaning business before?” She sounded so rude. Will never go back ever again!!!

I brought 4 items to them for cleaning. When I went to pick them up, they couldn't find my blouse. They finally brought it up front and it wasn't in a bag. I thought that was odd but didn't say anything. When I got home I went to hang the blouse up and it was clearly still dirty. There was lint all over it, creases, and it smelled like perfume and deodorant. I had spilled something on it and the stain was still there. When I brought the blouse back to them and politely told them that I thought there was a mistake, the man was SO rude. He scoffed at me and told me that he would never give a shirt back dirty and that it wasn't in a bag because "they were giving it extra cleaning" in the back. When I pointed out that it didn't smell fresh he said, "Deodorant doesn't come out."  He has always been so polite so I was shocked at how he reacted. Finally he told me, "Take it somewhere else and see how they do. We're the best in town."  Well, I did. I brought it to Foxy Cleaners in Federal Way and my blouse is now spotless. All that fuss over a blouse that cost $7 to clean. Everyone makes mistakes, but the way he handled it was ridiculous. I won't be back.

I've been using this cleaners for over 20yrs. They're not the cheapest in town, but they do a very good job.

Had a wedding to go to and needed a quick job on my suit, turned it in Thursday at 230, had it done 430 next day 23 bucks for jacket pants and shirt, supper friendly, all star performance 😁😁😁

Brought in three suits and six shirts for dry cleaning, plus fixing the hem on one of the pant legs. They were super nice and honest about pricing, and even (unnecessarily) helped carry the clothing back to my car afterward.

I'll be back when I need my dry cleaning done again.
