Building Department. first meeting was good.When I Put application for permits my work schedule slowly going to down. 5 works day review it is possible 8 to 10 days for busy office . Tuesday put electrical and plumbing application for pirmits,after two days ask me plans,and some day I do it's, Electrical review was ready Thursday but permit will be ready next Thursday. IT'S 7 work day's. Will be continue my travels to City Hall.

I arrived this morning at approx. 0800 hrs to report death threats of bombings, text messages showing guns, knives, and harassing text messages to the Crystal lake police with my Iphone in hand to show the evidence to a police officer as I and my wife were concerned because of the mental instability of the person who has made those threats against my family. and their inability to control their drug use after several attempts in drug rehab programs. The doors did not open so I had to stand out in the freezing cold and speak via an outside telephone to an operator named Stephanie which she said an officer would be with me shortly... Time went by and after 25 minutes later two officers opened the first set of doors but not the second set of doors which would lead to the actually police department which has rooms where we could have spoken in privacy and my concerns could have been addressed concerning my family's safety and the evidence i was willing to provide them could be privately examined instead of the foyer where the arriving employees were walking past and into the main building as I was not offered an opportunity as a tax payer nor a victim of a crime! Police Officer Mitchelle I believe his name was and another officer stood both in the foyer and interviewed me between the double doors as employees came in to begin their day of work and not to mention it was cold as hell negative -3 degrees C to be exact! The officer seemed uninterested with the crime I was reporting nor any concern for my family nor provided any privacy concerning my matter. I showed him text after text of life threatening statements and emoticons I ,my wife, child, and family members as he looked to see you was coming in to work and greeted them. I was a bit perplexed whether he was a Crystal Lake Police officer or the uniformed door greeter for Crystal Lake employees! I told him I wished to make a report and give him the evidence i had secured on my Iphone yet he looked at two images on my phone and handed it back to my possession stating "who's your attorney"? What!!!!! I don't need an attorney to make a report with my sworn public servant that I'm paying to play a police officer especially when he's the one that should be acting on my behalf to ensure this matter gets investigated so NO HARM TO I NOR MY FAMILY OCCURS! I stated I needed a police report to be filed and a case number. He rudely interrupted me and started talking on his shoulder Motorola communication device asking for a report number. He wrote down a report number on a half sheet of paper then handed it to me with the following statement "You give that to your attorney"! I asked if he wanted any of the evidence I had brought with me and he said NO, he had all he needed. Mine and my families lives have been threatened and this dip stick gave me less courtesy than a dog someone finds on the street abandoned. My case number he wrote was 16-000936 and I am very interested to see how detailed and professional this so called report will appear as he took zero evidence and denied my request to fill out paper work for an order of protection. If I practiced medicine as this dip stick plays an officer i would be harming people left and right. I also find it extremely odd that yelp has no record of this village hall and police station as if they intentionally do want the reviews such as this one! Unprofessional, zero privacy provided, and a sincere lack of concern were my impressions of this officers demeanor! I will certainly be reporting this officer and my interaction with him to a federal authority as his conduct was unbecoming of how I wish to spend my tax money and how we as Americans expect our officers to concern themselves with life threatening issues when brought to their attention. Unacceptable Crystal Lake Police Department!!!!
