This was by far the worst experience ever. I brought my 10 year old daughter in to get her nails filled, just something fun for her and I to do, but this wad a terrible experience to say the very least.

I am not one to post but feel this is warranted. It started by my calling ahead to make the appointment. Was told there was only one person that could help but fine to bring her in. When we got there, the nail technician did not say much other than "sit" so I sat her down and showed the lady my nails to represent the length and showed her the color. I sat back down to wait and then got up to check and by that time she had removed the remaining nail tips my daughter had. I asked her why and she said that young girls nails are too oily to keep with the product. I then asked for her best recommendation and she said only gel polish with no tips.

We opted for tips but just shorter like mine. Once again I sat down to wait.  I got up again to check and her nails were clipped almost to the point there was no tip at all. I asked my daughter if it was okay and she just nodded yes. The nail technician had still not even acknowledged me. I let her continue and in the end her nails were super thick and looked terrible. I also saw polish on her finger.  I presented this to the nail technician and she got irritated telling me that there was nithung she could do, the polish would just need to wear off eventually. I know that isn't true as I have been getting my own nails done for years. She was so snotty about it that I let her know that I was also not happy with how thick her nails were and she said "well they are so short and with the gel that is just how it is".

Too bad because I was going to let my other daughter get hers done too but instead just told her that I would pay what I owed her and we would go. She was happy to get rid of us and charged me full price for terrible service. I even told her I felt at the very least she should not charge us full price, but she refused.
