My wife took me for a quick, 1 night getaway here. We stayed at Minerals for the spa, and it was beautiful. One of the best massages I've had. We're definitely coming back with the family and checking out Grand Cascades.

Wonderful place for a relaxing getaway. Suites are spacious and clean. The scenery is great, no matter which side of he resort you're on. The bars are well stocked, the pools are refreshingly unique and the various dining options are all excellent. Fitness center could use a wider variety of equipment, but that's my only gripe.

I love that this piece of paradise is so close to my home!  

My husband and I spent a few days at Crystal Springs Resort for a much needed mid-week getaway.  We checked in early in the afternoon and went straight to the endless pool.  We ordered lunch and drinks and enjoyed the beautiful view.  Our room was very clean and I loved the decor.  Housekeeping did a great job tidying up during the day and provided turndown service with chocolates on the pillows each evening. The bathroom was large and luxurious (with plenty of towels and peppermint shampoo) and the bed was super comfortable.  We took advantage of the spacious deck and had our breakfast there each morning and drinks while we watched the sunset each evening.  

Our dinners at the Crystal Tavern were delicious and I loved that the chef used fresh vegetables from the Chef's Garden.  The Biosphere was a cool experience.  We were there on a gorgeous day so the roof was opened.  In the evenings spent some time on the Fire and Ice deck where we enjoyed the fire and the quiet. In the mornings we went for walks on the paths through all of the beautiful gardens.  

Our time at the Reflections Spa was nothing short of perfect.  We were greeted by two of the sweetest women who made sure my husband and I knew when and where our services were and told us about the other amenities (such as the Biosphere pool, steam shower, exfoliating foot scrub, and late check out) that came with our spa package. The space was clean and quiet providing us with the relaxation we were seeking.

I'm so happy that we found this gem.  Crystal Springs is my new place to relax, rejuvenate and reconnect!

They have bedbugs! We had to upgrade our hotel room to a master bedroom to apartment suite for our fifth year anniversary and found bedbugs! To make a long story short we didn’t have to pay for things but we will not be staying here again.

I attended a wedding there on June 11th, 2017. After wedding we went to the Crystal Springs Tavern and had a few drinks. My total was close to $60 including tip. I was charged $111. I have called 3 different times to speak to a "manager"  however he's NEVER been available to speak to me. It's not about the $50 now... it's the simple principle of giving me, the PAYING customer, the courtesy of a call back. Is my time not valuable? - I will NOT be coming back as they don't have any respect for their customers.
