Wedding Catering at it's best!
If you are planning a event and don’t want the “same old, same old”, you really should take the time and check out the CSI Catering. Nathan Fields and his crew really are the best, and not just for weddings. My parents recently had their 60th wedding anniversary and Nathan, Gage and the rest of the staff did an outstanding job from the initial contact, the planning, the truly memorable event and even the clean up. My sister has been in the catering business on the east coast for 30 years and she made it a point to say how impressed she was with the food, the presentation and especially the originality.

CSI Catering is the best! Chef Nathan Fields was very knowledgeable. He asked me all the right questions, and answered all of my mine. He got back to me within 24 hours with a menu and a quote, and didn't mind my weird theme! Chef Nathan Fields' full service buffet made my party a total success! Everything tasted as good as it looked! The meat and vegi's were perfectly cooked. The soup was really delicious. Everything was wonderful. The best part was I didn't have to clean up any messes!! Thank you Chef Nathan and CSI Catering!!!!
