We met Mark Skinner at the Spring Fair in Puyallup, he very graciously answered all of our questions regarding the ductless heat pump system that was on display. We were heating our home with a pellet stove (bags of pellets weigh 40 pounds) in the winter and cooling it in the summer with three room air conditioners. We talked things over for 24 hours and decided to get a quote. I contacted Mark and he was at our home in a matter of a couple of days to provide us with a quote, which we signed immediately. He then worked with Tacoma Power to get our home inspection which they required and once the inspection was done and approved had our install scheduled within a week. My husband was very impressed with the installers, as they arrived on time and within four hours we had an operational unit which operates so quietly you have to look to see if it is on. Best investment we have made in a long time! Thank you CSM!!

Mark came in on a Thursday afternoon, he was the third and last salesman that day. His offer was 2000 or more lower than either of the two companies I had seen earlier that day. Not only was his bid lower but he also two lesser options that were even cheaper! Two weeks later his crew showed up and got right to work with zero issues. Over all the employees were fast, we'll manored, and knowledgeable. I would recommend always getting a bid from CSM Heating and Cooling before making a decision!

Jason and Mark are top notch salesmen that really know their stuff. They are friendly and professional, the install crews are quick and professional. They do so much more than just heating and cooling, they do whole home generators, roofing, electrical just ask they can give you a down to earth quote!

We would like to begin by saying it’s great to work with a company that truly knows it’s business. We replaced the entire HVAC system in our home and contacted mulitple contractors for the best resolution to the heating and AC issues we were having. Some parts of our home were never warm in winter and that resulted in additional heaters, in the summer the AC couldn’t keep temp due to the location of our home and multiple windows that faced the west. Jason came to the house and was able to diagnose the problem and had a solution to problems, along with pricing and a time line for the installation. All this was done in a single visit. After very professional installation and an excellent staff of installers lead by Justin, we now have a very cozy and warm home. We were also able to use the AC just before it turned cold and the house cooled extremely well. Thanks so much for all you did for us, it was great working with CSM and your staff.”
