They have a pretty respectable selection of beer, but they don’t exactly have the best customer service. The gentleman at the register barely even acknowledged me when I paid - I’m not sure he even said so much as a word to me. From what I could tell, he was too absorbed in conversation with another store employee to give me any more than a half-nod. Maybe I came on a bad day or was served by the wrong guy, but if this is the quality of service management is comfortable with, I can’t recommend the place. I’m not royalty, nor do I expect royal treatment, but some common courtesy would be nice.

Wouldn't sell me alcohol because my driver's license was a duplicate...so I showed my passport and the clerk wouldn't accept that either. Both she and the manager stated it was "store policy" to not accept duplicate driver's licenses or passports.

I give them a 2 only for their beer selection. The customer service is not good at all (and I dont ask much from a liquor store). I came in to return some bottles and the kid behind the counter literally made me feel shameful for doing so. My previous experiences have not been good either. Go to Ives Rd if you want a decent beer.
