This may have been the worst execution of a project I have ever witnessed.

They did not do the seamless epoxy coating they told me they could, they improvised with something sub-par.
It was supposed to take 3 days, it took a month and I lost a ton of business.
The grading to the floor drain is not good and water runs all over the place.
They literally let epoxy run into the floor drain, which then hardened in the p-trap and clogged it. This led to the room being flooded. 
There is now some kind of adhesive that will not come off of the high-end tile I had just installed.
After I paid them, which was an accident, the customer service and returned calls completely changed.

It was obvious that these guys didn't really know what they were doing. I should have paid an attorney instead of paying them. Super disappointed.
