I have to say it is few times in my life that I have experienced such courtesy and professionalism in a business I have dealt with. Angelisa and Amethyst are so pleasant and helpful. The facility is always clean and I can see they go the extra mile in caring for it and CubeSmart's customers. I have had a bad experience or two with storage businesses but I have complete confidence in CubeSmart due to those pleasant ladies who always have the answer and go out of their way to be helpful. I believe any business owner would love to have them as the face of their business. I always seem to need EXTRA SPACE! HA HA! But it's always going to be CubeSmart I go to as long as the quality of service remains in the hands of such diligent and friendly people. Thank you for the great service!

They locked up my space for no reason. I had to get something in a hurry on a Sunday and they had placed a lock on it. When I called they said I hadn't paid. I advised that I had paid for 6 months in advance and asked them to check my account. "Oh oops, we must have made a mistake. We'll get someone there as soon as we can." On a Sunday? When they finally got there, they said, "Well, see, you didn't have a lock on there and we did it to protect you." I showed then the lock lying on my tailgate that I had just removed. "Oh, well I guess we goofed." I said "Yes, you certainly did," as I completely cleaned out my storage unit and left for good.

Hey everyone at cubesmart! You guys are fantastic!!! I was able to change not only my reservation date but the size of the unit without any hassles. The units are exceptionally clean and genuine interest in customer satisfaction is the BEST I've seen in years. Keep up the remarkable work...
