Had a wonderful experience at CubeSmart today. Jen in the front office is amazing! It took literally 5 minutes for paperwork, purchasing a lock and getting an entry code. Jonathan lent a hand and the two of them worked so well together. Great job hiring exceptional staff members. I have already referred CubeSmart to my parents who are in need of a unit 😁

I had stuff store there for several years a mobile unit. I was forced to move my stuff out because of pending Construction they were not very accommodating.  New ownership seems to be much more organized and takes care of the property but very little customized personal customer service. Very robotic staff. "Ya, sorry ,(insincere), that's just the way we do things."

Very clean and excellent customer service. Units and corridors are closely monitored and well lit.

CubeSmart is very lucky to have Jen Jewell at the helm of their North Smithfield facility.

She is extremely helpful, knowledgeable, professional, courteous and goes the extra mile to make things easier.  As an example, she recently made what could have been a rather complicated situation...easy and painless, AND, did so in a timely manner.

Management...you are lucky to have her.
