Indoor units are extra got, pricing online is not the same as when you get there. Also the foam insulation is falling from the ceiling and they do nothing but sweep the hallways out. I have insulation all over my belongings and was breathing and dusting all of it off when I was getting my stuff out. What did cube storage do? Not respond to my emails and have a manager tell me "didn't I show you the unit" yeah not when there was foam falling from the ceiling. 

No recommendation at all

Couldn't ask for 2 better associates. Hannah and Dominic were so pleasantly and exceptional helpful and very sweet and respectful and sime of the best customer service skills that I have seen in a long time. Glad that I chose CubeSmart. The storage building's are very clean and well taken care of.

My daughter just moved to the area after completing college and this is the first time away from home. After filling up her new apartment, we realized that we needed to get a storage space for this extra stuff we had. We found a flyer for this particular CubeSmart at the apartment's clubhouse and decided to give it a try. We both were pleasantly surprised to find a great location at an inexpensive price. The manager Adam took good care of us and was very professional when we arrived. I have never got online and reviewed anything in my life but I feel like this gentleman's customer service just floored me.  I hope this review helps anyone out there looking for a great spot to store there stuff. Cheers!

They were super nice and professional.  They checked for deals and discounts not only at their facility but at others as well.
